Am I Pregnant?
Is your period a day overdue? Maybe it is going on three weeks that you have been late. Is your missed period your only symptom or are you experiencing just about every possible symptom. Whether you’ve been going at baby making with all your efforts for a year or have only had one night without the use of a contraceptive if you’re reading this you are probably wondering, “am I pregnant?”
There are many various signs and symptoms of early pregnancy. You can have all of the signs and not be pregnant or you may only have a couple of the symptoms and be pregnant. Signs and symptoms should only be used as clues and should not be used as absolute confirmation.
Possible Signs of Pregnancy:
Probable Signs of Pregnancy: (most often looked for during a medical examination)
Positive Signs of Pregnancy: (found in medical exams)
If you are having symptoms of pregnancy it is important to treat your body as if you are pregnant until you have confirmation. This means that you should avoid alcohol, cigarettes etc… If you are trying to conceive or believe that you might be pregnant be sure to take a prenatal vitamin that contains iron, calcium and folic acid.
